Well well.. Idiots.

NAPFA today. Standing board jump 229cm. Pull up 8. Sit and reach 3x. Shuttle run 9.8s. Sit up 50. 2.4km rank 10. Sucks la my standing board jump and sit and reach. The sit & reach teacher is an ass. He is black. And is an ass. Okay. Nothing liaos. After NAPFA then go work. And work place is full of asses too.

Not exactly a bad day.. But perhaps a sucky anger feeling.
